We've been dreaming of delivering our own mental health support for a couple of years now and we feel now that it is more important than ever for us to get going.
We believe that mental health is as important as physical health and that in the world we live in now, maintaining your mental health and wellbeing should be a part of our everyday life.
We offer a range of session options including 1-1 therapy, couples’ therapy, trauma therapy, student sessions, supervision, life coaching, career coaching, NLP, workshops and alternative therapies to help you reach your potential.
Tay Therapies is here to support you at this difficult time with the spread of COVID-19. We are working to launch our support tools, training and services for children, young people, their families, and schools and colleges over the next couple of weeks. Please watch this space or email us.

I am an experienced pluralistic counsellor which means I have a trained in an approach that embraces collaborative and integrative perspective which is rooted in humanistic and person-centered values. I consider that every person is unique, as is their, needs, goals and life experiences. I will work in collaboration with you to tailor a holistic therapeutic approach that will look to support your environmental, psychological, emotional and physical well-being, needs and life goals.
I have experience in providing counselling with front line charities supporting people who have experienced sexual abuse, trauma and complex PTSD. I currently provide counselling for students in both schools and higher education settings. In addition, I provide counselling within my private practice and I am the senior counsellor at Tay Therapies.
I will work in collaboration with you, and offer a safe space for you to explore thoughts, feelings, and difficulties. I support you to get to know yourself as you really are, so you can show up fully and live your life authentically. You will be supported to find your own answers and make any changes you feel necessary to your inner and outer life.

We provide a safe and confidential environment for staff to reflect on and discuss their work and their personal and professional responses to their work. The focus is on supporting staff in their personal and professional development and in reflecting on their practice.
